Essence Foundation Therapeutic Process

Most of the activities of the human brain are occupied with unconscious memories from relational experiences which occurred during our first year of life.

The Essence Process Foundation Course focuses on learning through experience, with specially designed exercises and interactions through which our unconscious can emerge into consciousness. Each experience you’ll have uncovers further layers of your unconscious human survival protections, bringing awareness and healing to difficult and unresolved experiences from the past.

Eventually participants find their true essence that is hidden under these layers of protections that psychologists often call games. There is a safe centre in every human being where our true being exists in fullness, waiting for an opening from where it is imprisoned beneath these layers of beliefs and protections. The Essence Process reveals what our lives might be like if we were free of the prison of our programming.

The Essence Process works on two levels: the inner emotional neurological right-brain level, and the outer cognitive left-brain level.

The Essence Process works with the right emotional relational brain to develop the ability to be aware of, control and monitor emotional reactions, impulses and behaviour, of ourselves and of others:

  1. The ability to manage our unconscious style of relating to others
  2. The ability to manage other peoples’ unconscious style of relating to us
  3. The ability to manage you and your partner’s unconscious insecure style of relating that is triggered by the emerging relational dynamic between you both

The Essence Process course structure:

It takes place over three consecutive days Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

  • Each full day begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at approximately 8:00 p.m.
  • Breaks are approximately every 2 hours, with an hour and half lunch break
  • The course will be presented in English with simultaneous translation in the local language
